ADMINISTRATIVEASSISTANT
• Minimum 2 years of administration or related experience.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and
prioritize multiple tasks.
• Required language(s): English and Mandarin (As you need to communicate
with vendors who are only able to speak in Mandarin only)
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point)
and the ability to learn new applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills, strong telephone skills.
CUSTOMERSERVICE
• Certificate or diploma in hospitality (advantage)
• Fluent in English & Malay (Speaking & Writing)Bonus point if can speak
and write in Chinese
• High problem-solving skills and ability to solve problems independently
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Conflict resolution experience
• Patience and good listening skills
MAINTAINANCEASSISTANT
• Certificate or diploma in Electrical
• To perform maintenance repairs and services.
• To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper
functioning of installations
• Conduct corrective service and repair /restoration works where
and when necessary
• Perform general maintenance work
• Operates and perform periodical checks on the maintenance
equipment, water pressure, generator set etc
